PLEASE understand, Lomonosov is not an American-like factory. It can best be described as a collection of artists. Artists can go on vacation, take leaves, etc. If a particular design is not in stock, they must wait until the artists returns and feels like producing more. Even then, often they will work on new designs instead.
Of course, this is part of what makes their porcelain so beautiful and sought-after.
